If only the entire world br Could have eternal peace br Wouldn’t it be wonderful br If hatred would totally cease? br br If everyone could feel br Love within their hearts br Unhappiness and anger br Inside folks would depart br br For bitterness and hatred br Really do mean pain br So if it were wiped away br And only joyfulness remain br br The world would be a better place br For all of us to dwell br And earth would be like heaven br Instead of daily hell br br I guess it’s not reality br And never will it be br For life is full of turmoil br That God too always sees br br For He is the one we can rely on br Who in His heart we all belong br For God is right beside us br And no one stands alone!br br Marilyn Lottbr br
