I wrote my sentiments into poems, br To express and expound innate thoughts. br It is my fault that I cannot strike the passion, br Of poetic phrases devoid of the subtleties. br br I am not a scholarly type of a poet, br Who scribbles poems with a score or rhyme. br I just want to express something in free verse, br A paragraph or two devoid of the subtleties. br br Like most of the dreamers who attempted, br I too just grab a pen or click the keyboard; br At the surge of feelings so moved by an urge br To compose a poem devoid of subtleties. br br Though somehow my poems seem so cold, br Lacks magic of the classic type of expression; br Yet I thank those who bother to read my writings br Even as they said most are devoid of the subtleties.
