I wear a smile some days br to hide what I feel inside, br especially when I remember br of the days when friends were few. br Remembering all the loneliness br I used to bottle up inside br and how at the end of the days br when I would slip away to my room br and sit down and cry. br Though those days are gone now, br at times their memories br still come to trouble me br and I often wonder br if they will ever let me be. br Today is so different br with my friends around the world. br They make me feel br I am someone very special, br but I keep asking myself why. br The answer is lost to me br like the desert barren of rain. br I know not why it has happened, br nor how long will it last. br Only that I will enjoy it br for as long as I can.
