Last winter we had lots of snow br And our share of rainy days br Our world was cold and damp br But I knew it wouldn’t stay that way br br I enjoyed the spring so very much br New buds of leaves and flowers br I didn’t mind at all that we had br The moisture of gentle showers br br Summer came on blazing hot br Too hot at times for me br I enjoyed all the green foliage and br Bright flowers and bumblebees br br But autumn is here with smells and sights br That make sure our life is not bland br There’s crunchy leaves in brilliant colors br Oh my, isn’t autumn grand?br br Marilyn Lottbr br
