In the cold, there lies a place, br Where there is no light and space. br I may be hiding in the end, br Lost, cold and no love to send. br But soon enough, there is a person, br What do you call them? Loads of fun. br I believe they have a name, br That touches the soul and frame. br The person holds out a life key, br And I remember our memories. br I speak their name without a thought, br They see that I am very distraught. br They come over and sit by my side, br They give me an embrace of pride. br What is this person? Who are they? br I'm still figuring out to this day. br For now though, I comprehend, br That this person in the shadows, br Is my friend.
