Bordering on Lost br br The drums of war sing out their song br and in my rage I sing along. br The swords clash and mothers cry br and I fight wishing to die. br To die in battle is noble they say br but to die is to be free today. br There are those who scream for peace br and I scream for a release. br Chieftain's lead the charge into war br and in the end I'm just as before. br br I sailed on a ship to exotic far off seas br seeking a life that would set me free. br I saw ports lowly and great, rich and poor. br I sat in the crows nest wishing just to soar. br I met people I'd never dreamed to see br but in the end what was left was still me. br I did things I can only say with shame. br I ran from it all, but I am still the same. br Captains lead their sailors to the sea br in the end I'm no sailor, I'm just me. br br I cut my hair, and changed my clothes. br I moved to a city where no one knows. br I go to work and I pretend to care br But nobody knows I'm even there. br I say good morning and how do you do. br These people haven't got a blooming clue.
