Romeo Della Valle - The Day The Sun Hid

(In Memory of the Girls hung in India) br br Heavy clouds started to move in, br Slowly covering the Earth br While the skies was crying br And thunders echoed loudly br The sound of pain and suffering! br br The day the Sun hid, br The world stood still br When the day became night! br The monsters from the valley br Of darkness made their moves, br As to satisfy their evil desires br By torturing and raping br Two innocent girls! br br The wheel of time seemed stuck, br Hours feeling like years br While drowning in an ocean br Of agony and desperation! br A thousand images and thoughts br Of the loved ones br Rapidly crossing their minds br While their tender bodies br Were horribly violated! br br Hope and dreams extinguished, br Young faces reflecting fear br And shattered voices br Falling on empty ears br While those that could had helped, br Did nothing to rescue them! br Crime against humanity br Clearly seen in the picture shown br Of those beautiful young girls br Hanging from a calmed tree br While people around br Are completed perplexed! br br Another crime against humanity br Perpetrated by evils br In Human forms, br That must not go unpunished! br br br (Citizen of the World) br (c) All rights reserved-2014 br New York Citybr br Romeo Della Vallebr br
