Soumyashree Kar - The Skied Blues....

It pained me to feel those blues, br When the blues of the sky br Murked away with your skied ache br That ached my heart to swallow the grief br And succumb to that swallowed dismay. br Myblood sweated ever since I revolted. br My ardent eyes shone as fierce as fireballs; br To condemn the contrivances they chalked. br So well engripped was the livid horde- br It scared'em to wake up bold! br br Still it lend me a reverence to faith: br Since ages have they'en exasperating br And heaving out that warm heavy sob br Should the sky, that hath wrapped'em up br So tight, ever holed up, He could've seen: br What man hath made of man, no more a demure kin! br But how long could- br These hefty clouds, so vainly apposed br Float together but not collide and thunder, br The enraged waters beat the cliffs br And not cut through the wilderness, br A beleagured pet serve and stay flinched br But never strike the strife and bite, br The fiery wind blow off the sand br And not collect the dunes and rumble, br I stay silent and forget, even br Socrates and Octavius could sovereignty reign? br br I have lived with such freight br With none to endorse a step I stead.
