Tajudeen Shah - A Blissful Write

Tajudeen Shah - A Blissful Write

She came stealing in, br Fused in my sense and Soul. br Rain drops still drummed br Over the thick green leaves, br As wet air teased br Wooden window panes. br Power goes off during br Rainy nights, a blessing br For those who engage in br Soulful disputes by the moon! br br Whispers made us settle br The arguments of moods. br Her lips moistened, eyes br Lost links to her brain, br It seemed, as she boarded br Wings of winds and waves! br br Searched and found a pen, br With quivering fingers br She started a writing, br Until the last dropp of br Ink filled was done! br Ecstatic end of an act br Full of passions, pain br And delights immense. br Intelligence and wisdom br Played not much a role. br br Had her first work done br And in dreams waiting br For an auspicious pulse br To publish and feel proud! br Spring-bound gardens br Sing in her praises now, br Rainy Moon-lit nights are, br I See, not far behind! .
