Itai Oscar - We Take It For Granted

Itai Oscar - We Take It For Granted

The tree waved its arms helplessly br As the boisterous wind whistled br It seems like the arms would be br Torn off the tree trunk if it br Continues in this magnitude. br br As I lay there, in between the br Sheets. br In the comfort of my bed br My mind was wondering what br Would happen to the lad who br Lived in the streets. br Who doesn't even own a torn br Jacket br With no home to call his own br No walls to brood over him br br I was struggling to make ends br Meet living in an apartment but br Atleast I had a roof over my head. br I did not eat the best meal that night but atleast something had br Had taken residence in my Stomach. br I realised that I take a lot of things br For granted.
