Every time I feel useless br Or life is purposeless br Should think that it is an invite br To meditate, try Nirvana. br br Turn inward, practise be detached, br Realize how senses are outward-oriented, br By reversing them, hollow bamboo-like, br I should put back something into life. br br On inner journey br I close eyes, let go; br See inside what is at the centre: br Nothing, neti neti – the Self. br br When it is really nothing, reaching there br With no effort, unmixed with thought, br I soak in bliss and compassion, br Merged into Everything Outside.
