There should have been more poems of Gratitude and Joy br Too much has been Sadness and Despair- br There should have been more poems of other people br And not so much of myself - br There should have been more metaphor br And less one- dimensional statement- br br There should have been more Poetry in my Poetry br And more Inspiration and Blessing and Love- br Small worry and anxiety have been too much- br Oh the Beauty and the Goodness br I have been given in Life, br And how I have not known how to write it well enough.
