The deal would have sentenced him to time already served.br br The singer was charged with misdemeanor assault after a 20-year-old man claimed Brown and his bodyguard punched him and broke his nose when he tried to jump into a photo outside a Washington hotel in October 2013.br br Wednesday (June 25) marks the fifth anniversary of Michael Jackson's untimely death, but the "King of Pop's" career lives on with a new studio album, music video's and a Las Vegas show that pays tribute to Jackson's undying star power.
