The staff were most courteous and helpful, they always had a smile whenever they met you. The rooms were clean and pleasant and the hotel is tucked away in a nice quiet part of Leeds with parking a big plus for us. Although in a quiet area, it was only a ten minute walk to the arena and the centre for shopping. Well recommended.br Susan W.
