(8/11) Yand Tai Chi Stepping Sets/ Line Drills: Kick Heel, Push Palm

A basic line drill for "Kick Heel, Push Palm" which is not an actual posture found in Yang Style Tai Chi Chuan (Taijiquan), but it builds coordination between the upper and lower body, balance, and it strengthens the hip flexors and core muscles.
