Smithsonian Uses 3D Printer to Clone Exhibit Statue

The Smithsonian used a 3D printer to create a 1:1 replica of a Thomas Jefferson bronze statue. It’s the first print in a new effort to copy the world's largest museum into physical or digital 3D models.
