The former Gujarat governor Kamla Beniwal used the state aircraft to travel extensively during her tenure.In the last three years, Beniwal flew out of Gujarat 63 times, mostly to her hometown Jaipur, between 2011 and 2014.The 87-year-old - now the Governor of Mizoram - travelled to Jaipur 53 times; the remaining 10 flights were to Delhi. Interestingly most of these have been termed as "official trips" even as the Governor clocked 277 flying hours.
