Federal Minister for Railways Khawaja Saad Rafiq says that the ‎government is in a state of war and some shortsighted people are adamant upon charging towards ‎Islamabad, adding that Imran Khan and Tahir-ul-Qadri should hear that they would still not ‎come into power even if our government were toppled by the protest.
