Prime Minister Narendra Modi is going to address nation on the Independence Day for the first time and he has directed four ministers from his cabinet to frame his speech. After the ‘HIT’ plan carried during Nepal tour, it is learnt that Modi’s speech is going to focus on three Es (Education, Employment and Energy) this time.
