Mumbai: In the first-ever initiative by a civic body, the Vasai-Virar Municipal Corporation has, on a trial basis, launched the initial phase of enabling the entire Vasai-Virar area with WiFi connectivity. Often referred to as Wireless Internet, WiFi is also called Wireless Fidelity. People will be able to access the facility at railway stations.
