Protesters decried "police brutality" in Ferguson on Thursday morning, showing wounds inflicted during a crackdown on protesters on Tuesday evening when security forces intervened to disperse crowds.

Tramon Arthur, one of the protesters wounded during Tuesday's rally, explained how he was brutally attacked and arrested by security forces. He warned of increasing tensions in St. Louis unless Darren Wilson, the officer responsible for the shooting of unarmed black teenager Michael Brown, is brought to justice. Tramon was joined by two other protesters by the names of Kierra Moore and Marnette Williams, with the former promising a "war" unless justice is served.

Although Wednesday witnessed a calmer evening than Tuesday, around 150 people still took to Florisant Avenue and wielded placards critical of the police and government. One middle-aged man carried a placard demanding the U.S. government focus on "killing" the Islamic State (ISIS) instead of its own people.
