In Ahmedabad , The Gujarat State Commission for Women visited Gujarat University in connection with the lewd letters case. The visit comes almost a month after the case surfaced in July. The team of commission headed by chairperson Leela Ankalia held a series of meetings with GU authorities, members of Women's Development Cell of GU, teaching and non-teaching women staff of GU and the three women teachers who were being harassed by Sharman Zala.
