Bhuj: In a District Coordination Committee meeting, politicians found sleeping, some caught playing Candy Crush and some were busy on Whats App. They were caught in camera while important session of 'Public Problems and Issues' was going on. When this reported to the Collector, he refused to the fact and excused himself by saying ' I Don't Know'.
