Learn to cook this simple recipe at home and share it with your friends and family. br br Ingredients: br १ & १ २ cup गेहूँ का आटा br २ tbsp सूजी br नमक br १ & १२ tsp घी br १२ tsp इलायची पाउडर br १ tbsp खसखस br १ tbsp कटे हुए काजू br १ tbsp कटी हुई बादाम br १ cup चूरा किया हुआ नारियल br १ cup कटा हुआ गुड br तेल br br Method: br Take wheat flour, salt, semolina, ghee, water in a bowl and start kneading the dough very well br Keep the dough to rest for about 10 -- 15 mins br Meanwhile heat ghee in a pan and add grated coconut to the heated ghee br Cook the grated coconut for a minute and add the jaggery br Cook this till the jaggery melts br Turn off the flame and add the cardamom powder, roasted poppy, almond flakes, chopped cashew nuts and mix everything well br Remove the filling onto a plate and let it cool completely br Take small portions from the dough and make flat round br Apply ghee to the rolling board and rolling pin and start rolling the roti into soft small rounds br Cut it with a ring to get a perfect shape and equal size br Take the small roti and put about 1 tbsp of the filling br Pinch the edges of the roti, bring the edges together, seal and close it so that while frying them no oil goes in br Heat oil in a pan and put the modaks for frying in medium hot oil br Fry and cook them in medium flame till its golden brown in color. br br Credits: br Director: Narayan Thakur br Camera: Jay Nayak Narayan Thakur br Editing: Ravi Varma br Script: Zeal Dhruna br Voice Over: Supriya Kapoor br Creative Head: Kavya Krishnaswamy br Producer: Rajjat A.
