Paneer Manchurian (Cottage Cheese Manchurian)

Recipe to prepare "Paneer Manchurian", a blend of Indian and Chinese cuisine: br br Ingredients: br 1. refined or sesame oil - 1 table spoon br 2. ginger (finely chopped) - 12 inch br 3. garlic (finely chopped) - 3-4 cloves br 4. carrot (julienned) - 1 medium size br 5. cabbage (julienned) - 1 small size br 6. capsicum (julienned) - 1 medium size br 7. soya sauce - 1 tea spoon br 8. green chilly sauce - 1 tea spoon br 9. garlic chilly sauce - 1 tea spoon br 10. vinegar - 1 tea spoon br 11. cottage cheese cubes (paneer) - 200 grams br 12. salt - to taste br 13. black pepper powder - 14 tea spoon br 14. spring onion (hara pyaaz) - 2-3 stalks br 15. spring garlic (hara lehsun) - 2 stalks br 16. water - 1 medium cup br 17. mixture of cornflour and (cold) water - 4 tea spoons br br Procedure: br 1. heat 1 table spoon refined or sesame oil in a pan br 2. add finely chopped ginger (12 inch) br 3. add finely chopped garlic (3-4 cloves), and fry br 4. add little (chopped) spring garlic (hara lehsun) br 5. add julienned carrot (1 medium size) br 6. add julienned cabbage (1 medium bowl) br 7. mix all the ingredients br 8. add julienned capsicum (1 medium size) br 9. add 1 tea spoon soya sauce br 10. add 1 tea spoon green chilly sauce br 11. add 1 tea spoon garlic chilly sauce br 12. toss the dish br 13. add 1 tea spoon vinegar, and stir br 14. add cottage cheese cubes (200 grams), and mix properly br 15. add salt (to taste) br 16. add 14 tea spoon black pepper powder br 17. add little (chopped) spring onion (hara pyaaz) br 18. add 1 medium cup water br 19. allow the gravy to boil properly br 20. add 4 tea spoons mixture of cornflour and (cold) water br 21. cook the gravy until it gets thick consistency br 22. put off the flame br 23. garnish the dish with little (chopped) spring onion, and serve br br Congrats Guys!!
