Luka presents report -"Onboard Filipa a Honzy" - over at stage ss18 and onboards - Sebastien Loeb sets the fastest time (12:05.1) in the opening stage of Leg 3, by being 6.1 seconds faster than Marcus Gronholm. The third best time was that of Mikko Hirvonen (+12.0)..
