It's a fragile peace in the east .br br Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko says he hopes the ceasefire will hold in a crisis where the only solution is diplomatic.br br (SOUNDBITE) (English) UKRAINIAN PRESIDENT PETRO POROSHENKO, SAYING:br br "There is no military solution for this crisis, and we should keep Ukraine united. As for keeping my country united we should decentralize power. And I'm proud that I would be the first president who would be ready to do that."br br His comments come as the West launches another round of sanctions against Russia -- a move Moscow says is aimed at disrupting the peace process.br br (SOUNDBITE) (Russian) RUSSIAN FOREIGN MINISTER, SERGEI LAVROV, SAYING:br br "Our position is that making this type of decision at the very moment when the peace process is gaining stability - we hope - means choosing the path of disrupting the peace process.
