Solider Crunch Exercise

This exercise may look funny and strange but it does the job at challenging the core and obliques. Using the towel helps you to concentrate on reaching to one side while putting tension on the obliques. As you see in the video there are two versions. Legs straight and elbow to knee. The leg straight is the more advanced version while the elbow knee is a beginner version. You can mix them up and try both.
