This normally bustling street in the Sierra Leone capital is silent and deserted.br br The government has ordered residents to stay indoors in a three day lockdown. A desperate measure to try to stop the spread of the deadly Ebola virus.br br These healthworkers are the only ones allowed outside.br br They've been told to visit every household in the country over the weekend.br br No easy task, that's six million people.br br They offer bars of soap advice and leaflets on the disease, isolate the sick and remove the dead.br br The head of an emergency services operation said they've been limited by shortages of staffing and equipment.br br But there's also been some successes.
