Ahmedabad: Those who believed that Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation's Commissioner Dr. Guruprasad Mohapatra would tear apart all problems and issues of Amdavadis during his tenure are shocked as well as upset by what happened during monsoon. His performance so far was not satisfied because of his irregularities. On the basis of sources, it came into the light that during Chinese President Xi Jinping's visit to Ahmedabad, he was on education tour. After heavy rains in Ahmedabad, people expected positive work from commissioner but everything went in vain.
