Valsad: As paper work has lost its importance with the arrival computers, now, it has become a harder job for babus to deal with computer in their day-to-day life. The scam of Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation (GSRTC) has been exposed. Government babus have presented fake CCC (Course on Computer Concept) certificates and took shortcut for promotion. Procedure of complaints against the accused babus has been started by the authorities.
