Brazil candidates back on campaign trail ahead of October 26 runoff

In Brazil's first round presidential elections incumbent President Dilma Rousseff took 41.5 percent of the votes, but it was not enough to win the presidency outright. In a surprise comeback, Aecio Neves garnered 33.6 percent of votes. The two will face each other in a second round runoff election October 26th.
