Venezuela marked Hugo Chavez' 2012 election victory with a concert today. At the event, current President Nicolas Maduro announced new policies that will benefit young Venezuelans. A youth mission was launched Tuesday, following consultations with young people, that seeks to expand social and labor rights for youth and create 200,000 productive jobs.
