This week, we’re discussing… Universes! br br Looks like everyone is jealous of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, so everyone’s trying to keep up. And a bunch of other studios, production companies, are trying to get in on the Movie Universe game. br br Most notably, Sony is spending $2M to re-brand Robin Hood to be the cornerstone of his own cinematic universe: br br In ever-expanding TV universes, we’ve got Better Call Saul expanding the Breaking Bad ‘verse, and a Walking Dead prequel. br br Fox is eyeing having it’s own end of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Possibly with a TV component of its own. br br Universal has notions of building a Universal Monsters Universe.
