Mumbai: In its effort to curb the use of black money and illegal funds in the elections, the Election Commission has deployed officers drawn from central revenue services like income tax, customs and excise departments as well as the state governments concerned across Haryana and Maharashtra and seized crores. Both states go to polls on October 15.
