Ahmedabad: A total of 4,19,506 aspirants appeared in the Gujarat Public Service Commission (GPSC) examination held across the state. This time, the number of candidates taking the exam was higher than earlier as it is being conducted after a gap of seven years. Interestingly, this year, there were three questions in Paper 3 on schemes launched by Narendra Modi after he became Prime Minister.
