Then the screaming started."br br The deaths come as an uneasy ceasefire looms over the country's east.br br Although Ukraine and pro-Russian separatists agreed to it last month, the ceasefire is regularly violated.br br On Tuesday, a military spokesman also reported the deaths of seven Ukrainian serviceman.br br Overall, the United Nations says more than 3,600 people have been killed -- including Ukrainian troops, separatists and civilians -- since fighting erupted in April.
