Warren Augustus de Guzman - A journey into nothingness

Warren Augustus de Guzman - A journey into nothingness

Careening through the universe br Upon my steed of rhyme and verse br A wretched poet’s fated curse br O such a state, there is non worse br br Careening through the fated skies br Upon my cloud of silent cries br A wretched poet’s odd surprise br O such a consolation prize br br Careening through the lurid seas br Upon my school, a fishy breeze br A wretched poet’s screaming plea br O such a fright, a pool of worry br br Careening through the blackest night br Upon my feet I walk upright br A wretched poet’s sacred plight br O such a thing, the great, good fight br br Careening through the lurid lake br Upon my boat of crows and stakes br A wretched poet’s painful fate br O such a multifaceted ache br br Careening through my sullen mind br Upon my plane of thoughts I bind br A wretched poet, dumb and blind br Upon my soul, entombed, enshrined.
