The waterlilies, lank br Amid a lush green marsh br May laze lethargically br Amongst the hum of summer br But I must dash and cannot watch br Their soft seductiveness for long br Yet still they draw me br Tempting, taunting me br To stay awhile and simply sit br And steal some soothing seconds br From this hectic, septic world.
