A soldier is the true & brave son of our nation br Who left his old beloved father and mother br Who left behind his sisters and brothers br Leaving his beloved children and wife br To fight for those whose freedom you granted br He crosses the sea, to fight the foe man br A soldier serves his country first and his life is left behind br He never passes a cry for help br Though at times he shook with fear br And sometimes he pray to God to forgive him br As he has wept unmanly tears br He never think about his life br He fight for his brothers & sisters safety br When fight over, he either come back home br Or become a memorable person in everyone's mind br Many heart cries for this holy sprite br Specially his old mother & father br Who are eagerly waiting to see their beloved son br They never believe as their son died br They take it as he is sick br His wife & children become helpless br The tears falling from my eyes br Whenever I listen a life history of a soldier's life br With a hand upon my heart, I feel the pride and respect br As our flag waves above you, in her glory and grace. br Freedom was the gift that he gives us br Pain and death was the price that he ultimately paid.
