I baked a dozen cookies br and I put them on a plate, br and I set them out for Santa Claus, br except for one I ate. br br That cookie was amazing br and I couldn't quite resist... br so I ate another one br that I was sure would not be missed. br br I knew it wouldn't matter br if I only ate one more. br Then I gobbled up another one. br Why not? That's only four. br br I accidentally dropped br another couple on the ground. br I knew Santa wouldn't want them br so I swiftly scarfed them down. br br Another couple disappeared. br I may have eaten those, br though I couldn't say for certain, br but I guess that's how it goes. br br I figured four was likely more br than Santa Claus would need br so I polished off another few br with unexpected speed. br br Before I knew what happened br all the damage had been done, br and I realized I'd accidentally br eaten every one. br br I guess it's best, since Santa br sort of needs to watch his weight. br When he visits us this Christmas br I sure hope he likes the plate.
