George Egba - Save By The crumbs

George Egba - Save By The crumbs

Lead us to the mountain where we decide our Isaac not a worthy sacrifice br But consider it a token of a fat full burnt offering br And in our filthy hands thou wouldst not br We do not deserve the burning of thy divine ram br In the degree of our polluted hands oh make us clean br It's not from dogs that the king should dine br Only through the washing of thy crimson tides br Oh lead us safely unto dust br From whence we wanting having nothing came br Of cavalry redemption Blood fill us wholly all br We wait not for the children bread br But the privilege to nourish in their crumbs br And whenever they fall we recall the daily manner br When we fed as mixed multitude with saints br Through thy great compassion we taste the children bread br We do not consider it a right but a heavenly privilege br Praising you for the master seed br When through thy sparing falling crumbs br Had kept us homeward save br For without we starve the wilderness wild br Until the Lords seed falling crumbs save us sobr br George Egbabr br
