I hate sleepless nights br waking up every couple of hours br never feeling refreshed in the morning. br It is caused whenever I have br an early bed night. br It is guaranteed I will br keep waking up all night. br I sleep better if I go to bed br after the midnight calls. br I get up in the morning br feeling refreshed to enjoy br the brand new day ahead. br My mind is more active br and ideas rattle away br at an alarming rate, br going to bed early br makes me sluggish in the morning br and feeling almost good for nothing.
