Amidst persisting weaknesses in the economy, job generation in India saw a sharp decline, according to ASSOCHAM. IT, hospitality, infrastructure and aviation reported negative growth as per ASSOCHAM survey of tracking of data posted on different job portals and placements in newspapers.
