Paving the way for fresh elections in Delhi, the Union Cabinet on Tuesday (November 4) recommended dissolution of the state Assembly. The decision, taken at a meeting of the Cabinet, ends uncertainty over government formation in the Capital after Arvind Kejriwal had resigned as chief minister.
