Roann Mendriq - Sunglow

Roann Mendriq - Sunglow

The evening sun is gleaming yellow, br not glaring harsh, to scold, chastise; br Like embers glowing, soft and mellow, br to bathe, embalm the tired skies. br br It gently dips into the sea, br as weaving waves wave goodbye; br As ribbon clouds dance gracefully, br a tango in the orange sky. br br Hues of burnt gold tinge the earth, br gilting edges with glitter lining; br Fireside musings at the hearth, br Lamplit families begin their dining. br br How nice that at the end of days, br fatigue is eased with golden rays.
