Days of heavy rain in Argentina's Buenos Aires province have turned these streets into rivers, sparing neither man nor beast.br br The fast-moving waters even buried a section of highway about 70 miles from the country's capital.br br Residents were forced to wade through almost-waist high waters, while others used small boatsbr br Some used styrofoam rafts to transfer possessions they had managed to salvage from the floods.br br The floods shut down a 150 schools in the area.br br Authorities reported that over 5,000 people across 23 districts had been evacuated.
