The Irish have a worldwide reputation for liking a drink or two. Temple Bar is one of Dublin's most famous places to stop and have a drink which may very well be Guinness. There are also a number of traditional recipes that would not be complete without a Guinness. One of them is a classic Irish beef stew which is what’s on the menu for us in today's á la carte.
