New shelling has been reported in eastern Ukraine as President Petro Poroshenko ordered military reinforcements to to sent to the pro-Russian, separatist held areas. A school in Donetsk was shelled, killing four children, bringing the death toll since April to 4,000. On Wednesday, Kiev announced it would cut off all funding to the rebel-held areas.
