Robert Lee Frost - Stopping By Woods On A Snowy Evening

Whose woods these are I think I know. br His house is in the village, though; br He will not see me stopping here br To watch his woods fill up with snow. br br My little horse must think it's queer br To stop without a farmhouse near br Between the woods and frozen lake br The darkest evening of the year. br br He gives his harness bells a shake br To ask if there's some mistake. br The only other sound's the sweep br Of easy wind and downy flake. br br The woods are lovely, dark, and deep, br But I have promises to keep, br And miles to go before I sleep, br And miles to go before I sleep.
